How To Reach Plant Studio Landscape
When you call Plant Studio Landscape, you reach a real person. If your question is about design, Josh Perkins, our Landscape Architect, picks up. If your question is about scheduling or billing, Patty Castillo, our Office Manager, picks up. The phone does not go to voicemail during business hours, and the email goes to a person sitting at a desk on the east side of Muncie.
Our office sits on East Centennial Avenue, a few blocks from Cowing Park. If you would rather stop in than call, the door is open during business hours. Bring photos of the property if you have them. We will pull out a notepad and talk it through.

What Happens When You Get In Touch
The first call is short. We ask what you are thinking about. Patio, planting, full landscape, drainage problem, lawn that has gotten away from you. Whatever it is, we want to hear it in your own words first. From there, we set a time to walk the property. The site visit is the part that matters. We look at the yard, talk through what you want, ask the questions that have to get asked before any honest price can be put on the work.
After the walk, you get a written proposal. The proposal lays out the scope, the materials, the timeline, and the number. If you want to move forward, we schedule the work. If you want to think about it, you think about it. Nobody from our office is going to call you twelve times. We have been doing this in Muncie since 2016 and we would rather you be sure than be rushed.
And it does not stop once the work begins. Through the build, a project manager keeps you updated every week, the office confirms each visit before the crew shows up, and you always know what is happening and what comes next. The thing people hate about contractors is being left in the dark, wondering what is going on. We built the company to be the opposite of that.
Where We Are
The office is at 4001 East Centennial Avenue in Muncie. East side of town, off Centennial between Granville Avenue and the McGalliard Road corridor. If you are coming from I-69, take the Muncie exit east, then watch for Centennial on your right. Plenty of parking out front.
Built For This Side Of Indiana
We work the Muncie area and the I-69 corridor up toward Yorktown and Daleville, and down through the north Indianapolis suburbs. If your property is within that band, we are a reasonable drive. If you are farther out, get in touch anyway. We have crews who travel for the right project, and we will be straight with you about whether a job makes sense from where we sit. The whole point of being a local company is that the drive is short and the follow-up is honest.
